✸ TERMS OF SERVICE ✸
Please note that I still have full rights of my drawings. There are the terms from my side that I would like you to respect:► Payment
- Payment is in EURO and accepted via Paypal only – Please pay 100% upfront.- Commissions are non-refundable, except: the commission is canceled before rough sketch is sent out.► Commission's Usage
- Commissions are for personal use only. If using for other purposes, please contact me directly first!- Using my artworks for A/I feeding, N/F/T; re-selling, re-producing, bidding, etc. is not allowed.- I MAY ask you to remove the commission down from any platform if I notice any inappropriate activity such as: re-selling or bidding on the drawing; adopting characters using my design; N/F/Ts or A/I feeding; etc.► Communication / Social Medias
- Feel free to talk with me about your ideas! But please understand that I might decline commission requests which make me feel uncomfortable... (which is rare, but just in case!)- If you are unhappy at any stage of the commission, please kindly let me know! I'm always glad to hear your feedback and hope we can work on a painting that we are both happy with, together.- If you would like to keep your commission as private, please kindly check the private option in the commission form!- Please credit me in case you enjoy the commission and would like to share the commission on social medias :)► My Responsibilities
- I WILL NOT use your commission for commercial purposes such as: mass-producing or re-selling.- I'm happy to make minor adjustments at any stage of the commission without additional costs!- However, should you wish to change the entire concept during the line drawing/coloring phase, I would kindly offer you the option of booking a new commission with a 20% discount. The old sketch will not be finished nor refunded.- I MIGHT re-post your commission on my social medias for PR purposes. I may not let you know in advance, but I will tag/mention you if I publish your commission online!
✸ PROCESS ✸
► Before Drawing Phase
- After submitting your commission request, an email will be sent to your provided contact within 1-2 days. This email informs you of the commission's information: total price, payment method, update schedule, etc.
- Please kindly complete the payment within 3 days. If you would like to put your payment on hold, cancel your request or join in the waiting-list for next time, please kindly let me know!
- Please notify me if you have a deadline!► During Drawing Phase
- It takes up to 30-90 days to complete a commission, depending on the order details and my personal status.
- Usually the sketching stage takes the longest time.
- A rough sketch will be sent for approval before any line drawings/colors are done.► After Drawing Phase
- Completed work is sent in .jpg format.
- I'd love to provide the drawing file in other formats as well!
